Enclosures for mounting on plasterboard walls and concrete pours. The enclosure height is 59 mm, providing ample space for electrical installations. The enclosure features more screw posts and longer mounting screws than previous models.
The enclosure has integrated plasterboard supports and six knock-out holes on the sides and three on the base. A wide range of accessories available, such as different-sized knock-outs and height adjustment rings.
The enclosure is compatible with AS4.2 and AS95 enclosure supports. The versatile AS4.2 accessory can be used as a cable pull knock-out, a connecting piece for c/c 71 mm enclosure combinations, and as an enclosure support for 66 mm frames. You can also use two together as an enclosure support for 95 mm frame structures. For frame sizes of 66–95 mm, we recommend using the AS95 enclosure support.
The enclosure lid is made from recycled material. The enclosure is manufactured from halogen-free material (IEC/61249-2-21) and meets the requirements of the glow wire test according to standard IEC/EN60670-1 (850 °C).
