The CM-MSx.xx thermistor relays monitor the winding temperatures of motors. Suitable for motors with PTC temperature sensors already installed. The sensors are located within the motor windings and directly measure the motor temperature. Thanks to direct temperature measurement, the thermistor relays can assess the motor condition, such as overheating, overload, and insufficient cooling. Depending on the model and due to ATEX approval, the relays can also be used in explosive atmospheres.
