YSLY-OZ blue is a flexible control cable with fine-stranded conductors (class 5), designed for Ex i (inherently safe) circuits in explosive atmospheres. The cable has good oil resistance. Applications include measurement and control cable installations in fixed and occasionally moved applications.
The cable has no protective conductor, and Ex i applications require their own circuit. When used outdoors, the cable must be protected from UV radiation. Conductor marking OZ: black conductors with white numbers. Operating temperature is -30 °C…+80 °C (fixed installation) and -5 °C…+80 °C (occasionally moved applications). The cable's rated voltage is U0/U = 300/500V.
