BiTflex 530 PUR is a truly flexible halogen-free robot cable with extremely fine conductors (class 6). The cable is designed for chain and robot applications requiring continuous motion. It has been designed and tested for over 10 million bending cycles in chain applications. The cable features a durable PUR outer sheath and TPE/PP insulation for the conductors. It offers excellent resistance to UV radiation, chemicals, oils, and industrial refrigerants. The operating temperature range is -40 °C to +80 °C (fixed installation) and -30 °C to +80 °C (moving applications). The cable's rated voltage is U0/U = 300/500 V.
