DuoSeal plug+fastener properly seals drilling holes in tiles without the need for a separate sealant (e.g., silicone), thereby preventing moisture-induced structural damage in all building materials. DuoSeal is ideally suited for tiled surfaces that are repeatedly exposed to splashing water and temporary water accumulation.
The universal plug can be quickly installed using the correct drilling method, and the plug itself does not damage the tile. The soft collar prevents the plug from being inserted too deeply and fully seals the drilling hole, while the plug body flexibly adapts to the shape of the mounting component. DuoSeal achieves the same load rating as a standard nylon plug. The stainless steel screw included in the installation kit is excellently suited for installation in damp environments. Additionally, it has been tested together with the DuoSeal plug, and its use is mandatory to achieve proper watertightness. In any case, always observe general national regulations regarding the use of plugs in damp environments.
