AIR AND DIRT SEPARATOR FLAMCO CLEAN SMART F DN100 FLANGE
Flamcovent Clean Smart is a combined air and dirt separator with flanges. It efficiently removes microbubbles and even the smallest particles of dirt from the system water. Additionally, metal-containing fine particles and magnetite are removed from the system via a powerful internal magnet, standard in the dirt separator. The air and dirt separation efficiency of Flamcovent Clean Smart from system water is up to 60% better than that of comparable combination separators operating with conventional technology. Thanks to the new technology, flow resistance has been reduced to almost negligible levels. An IsoPlus insulation accessory is available as an option. A 16 bar version is also available.
Flamcovent Clean Smart air and dirt separator is nearly maintenance-free. The only required maintenance action is emptying or flushing the accumulated sludge through the bottom valve of the dirt separator. Hardened sludge can also be easily flushed out using the integrated sludge trap in the bottom valve. The dirt separator has no filters or other comparable replaceable parts.
