RESIDUAL CURRENT DEVICE GW90923 30MA/4X63A
ReStart Autotest automates the testing of residual current devices. If the residual current device is not tested regularly, the tripping mechanism may become stuck. This can result in the residual current device failing to operate when a fault occurs. ReStart Autotest automatically performs the required functional test every 28 days.
ReStart Autotest residual current devices significantly save staff working time, while maintenance costs are also reduced.
When the residual current device has tripped, ReStart PRO checks the circuit every two minutes before automatic reclosing. If the fault is a ground leakage, ReStart does not perform reclosing. In this case, the integrated auxiliary contact indicates that automatic reclosing did not occur.
In some applications, such as solar power systems and electric vehicle charging points, type B residual current devices must be used. ReStart Autotest provides a solution even when the protected object requires a type B residual current device.
A fork-type current rail is compatible with the product.
