Submersible effluent pump
Vertical-axis single-stage submersible pump made of acid-resistant steel with a vertical pressure head. The pump is equipped with an integrated three-phase motor. The motor is fully enclosed, insulation class F. The pump has an intake screen.
The pump has a control panel with a starter, motor protection, and a 0.8 m power cable. The pump has a surface switch with a 10 m cable for automatic start and stop.
The impeller is of the semi-open type with a free passage capacity of 12 mm for pumping surface water, greywater, and stormwater.
The pump features a double shaft seal with an oil chamber between them. The oil chamber is pre-filled at the factory with non-toxic special oil.
The pump has a discharge pipe and a cooling jacket for continuous cooling of the motor by the pumped fluid. Factory-lubricated ball bearings are used as shaft bearings.
The pump is ready for use and includes a carrying handle and a 10 m power cable. The cable has a plug and is sealed at the plug end with compound to prevent moisture ingress into the stator windings.
