High-performance ventilated helmet designed for elevated work with a multi-point harness. A model offering excellent fit, protection, durability, and easy accessory compatibility. Adjustment is easily done with one hand. The Click-In cushioning system allows for quick snap-in installation, making hygiene maintenance and helmet care cost-effective.

Designed for movement and work in fall-hazardous conditions in industry, construction, rescue operations, snow removal, etc. Suitable for demanding tasks where heat is a factor.

Various eye and face shields can be quickly attached to the helmet by simply clicking with EasyClick fasteners. A mounting slot is provided for attaching a nameplate or headlamp without a bracket. Integrated side mounts allow easy attachment of a headlamp using a forehead strap. Rear mounts feature additional channels for carrying earplugs with cords, keeping them readily accessible and ready for use. Side notches accommodate cup-shaped hearing protectors. Internal rear attachment points allow for various neck protectors, while external rear labels are pre-installed for the user’s name and phone number.

The outer shell is made of high-density polypropylene, making it lightweight and outstanding in impact absorption—especially at lower temperatures. The shell is also more abrasion-resistant and easier to clean than conventional materials. Inside, an EPS foam structure provides head protection using D-Core dual-material technology: a high-density upper section offers superior protection against impacts from above, while a low-density lower section provides comprehensive protection against impacts from all other directions. This level of protection cannot be achieved by helmets based solely on harness systems. Minimized contact areas on the head, combined with ventilation channels between the shell and foam, connected to eight ventilation holes on the sides and rear, enhance user comfort.

The harness keeps the helmet securely in place even in difficult working positions. Wide adjustment range ensures excellent compatibility with hearing protectors. The chin area features an eco-leather, hypoallergenic, washable liner offering exceptional comfort and preventing skin irritation. The head shape-adapting adjustment ensures the headband conforms perfectly to the shape of the head at the neck area. Suitable for head circumferences of 53–63 cm, with additional adjustability for height and neck angle. The chin strap features a Ring To Hook loop, allowing the helmet to be attached to workwear or a tool bag when not in use. Cushions are made of DRY+ material with antibacterial silver ion treatment to keep the helmet fresh. It efficiently wicks away moisture for all-day comfort and dries extremely quickly.

The green color of the chin strap indicates that this model has been tested to protect the head according to the following test methods:

Required requirements of EN 12492 standard:

• 5.7.3 Force required to open the chin strap must be high enough to prevent the helmet from coming off during a fall due to impact (chin strap remains secured after a 50 daN (kg) pull)

• 4.1.4. Ventilation openings: The helmet must have effective ventilation openings with a total minimum area of 4 cm²

• 4.2.1.1 Impact absorption from objects falling from over one meter height (5 kg dropped from 2 m height)

• 4.2.1.2 Frontal impacts (5 kg dropped from 0.5 m distance)
