The air flow controller is suitable for controlling variable air flow and as a constant air flow device. The device measures air flow as well as temperature in the duct. The device can be controlled via analog voltage signals and through the Modbus bus.
The duct section of the air flow controller is equipped with Safe connectors. The duct section features a sealed control damper and two ultrasonic sensors. The sensor head can be rotated within the duct for minimum clearance and the display unit can be oriented for optimal viewing direction.
The display unit of the controller is integrated with the damper and equipped with external connection cables. The damper motor of the air flow controller can be replaced without requiring reconfiguration.
Settings can be easily made wirelessly via a smartphone Bluetooth app without opening any building structures.
FTCU 4 models come standard with Ultra BT features for independent, demand-controlled ventilation. The air volume controller can be configured as a room thermostat that reads measurement values from wireless sensors and controls air flow accordingly, as well as heating and cooling of the space if needed.
