This open-type single-phase transformer is suitable for central installations as well as control circuits for machines and equipment. The device has isolated windings and is impregnated with a heat-resistant varnish.
The transformer meets Det Norske Veritas requirements for an ambient temperature of 45 °C, as well as the requirements set by Lloyds Register of Shipping and Bureau Veritas. During installation, the transformer must be protected against short circuits and overloads according to its rated and short-circuit current.
