Online isolated duct fans IRE are sound-insulated. The insulation material is a 50 mm thick coated mineral wool board, which can also be cleaned. Due to the low sound level, a separate silencer is generally not required. The motors are ball-bearing outer rotor motors. The fan housing is made of galvanized steel sheet, and the motor is equipped with an automatic thermal overload protection.

  • IRE-125B, IRE-160C, and IRE-315B fans are equipped with single-sided suction radial fans with forward-curved blades. Thanks to the swing-out structure, the motor with impeller can be easily rotated out for cleaning.
  • IRE-200C and IRE-250C fans are equipped with double-sided suction radial fans with forward-curved blades. This design achieves high pressure and low sound levels. The fan can be disassembled for cleaning.

The fans are equipped with sealed outlet connections, allowing direct installation into ducts. The fans are delivered pre-wired and equipped with a terminal box. The fans are not intended for use in systems transporting explosive gases, abrasive dust, fibers, powders, etc.
