Adjustable screw-fixed concrete base for outdoor lighting poles, traffic lights, and signs. The concrete base is equipped with a stainless steel pole alignment and mounting screw mechanism. The delivery also includes a shaped root rubber that is weather-resistant and prevents rain and splash water as well as loose stones from entering the base.
