Adjustable screw-fixed concrete base for outdoor lighting poles, traffic lights, and signs. The stainless steel cap provides excellent protection against corrosion and road maintenance damage. The concrete base is equipped with a stainless steel pole alignment and fastening screw mechanism. The delivery also includes a molded root rubber that is weather-resistant and prevents rain and splash water as well as loose stones from entering the base.
