Enclosed safety switch complying with IEC 60947-2 standard, suitable for use also as a load switch and isolator where required. Safety switch marking provided as a separate label to be attached to the cover when the switch is used as a safety switch. Lockable lever operated from the side.
The top and bottom of the enclosure feature two M25 and one M16 cable entries. Cable glands are included in the delivery. The enclosure color is gray and the lever color is black.
Polycarbonate material is particularly resistant under cold and hot conditions and also withstands outdoor UV radiation from sunlight well. Additionally, polycarbonate resists mild acids, aliphatic hydrocarbons, paraffins, and alcohols (without methanol), but does not withstand oils, greases, or solvents well. Polycarbonate safety switches must not be exposed to hot water. Therefore, online safety switches are not suitable for example in large kitchens; for such applications and similar conditions, metal-enclosed safety switches are recommended.
