Parmair SmartAir™ enables fully automatic and demand-based ventilation. The system operates like a knowledgeable user constantly adjusting the device around the clock, but it functions entirely independently, bringing peace of mind to daily life. With demand-based ventilation, the amount of exchanged air is approximately 20 percent lower than conventional levels, reducing the unit’s annual energy consumption by up to 700 kWh.

Parmair SmartAir™ is a unique demand-based ventilation system that takes into account all seasons (spring, summer, autumn, winter). The system automatically identifies the time of year based on average and instantaneous outdoor temperatures and adjusts the unit’s operation accordingly throughout the year.

Parmair SmartAir™ operation has been made as simple as possible: after initial setup, no further action is required. You can, of course, always fine-tune all automatic settings using the MAC controller and select which automation functions are active.
