The new Petzl Vizir eye shield, Protector visor guard, Vizen full-face shield, or Vizen Mesh visor can be quickly attached to the helmet using the included EasyClip quick-attachment clips, replacing the black side pads on the helmet. All Bollé Safety electric welding masks can be similarly attached using available adapter accessories. Removal is tool-free, requiring only button presses. Side mounts for hearing protection compatible with most common helmet-mounted hearing protectors (e.g., Sordin). Identical front and rear attachment points for quick attachment of forehead lights or ID card holders. Integrated side mounts for securing a forehead light via the forehead band. The chin strap features a Dual selector: the user can set it to EN12492 compliance for fall-risk conditions (chin strap remains secured after a 50 daN pull), or to EN397 compliance for ground-level work (chin strap releases at a maximum of 25 daN pull).
The 6-point harness keeps the helmet securely in place even in difficult working positions and provides excellent comfort. Thanks to the CenterFit adjustment system (53–63 cm), the helmet is always correctly centered and fits exceptionally well. The two side adjustment wheels, accessible from the outside, are easy to operate even with gloves on. The Flip&Fit inner lining folds into the helmet during transport and is easy to unfold. The helmet has no obstructive, neck-straining, or field-of-vision-limiting brim, nor rigidizing ribs attached to the shell.

Vertex helmets offer excellent compatibility with other protective equipment. Recommended for use with GVS Elipse respirators and Bollé Safety eye shields.
