Binds, fills, and replaces wood, and repairs cracks in floors, furniture, windows, and doors. Sufficiently flexible for use on wooden doors/door frames. After curing, the filler behaves like wood and can be sanded, painted, or lacquered to the desired shade. It can also be nailed and screwed like wood.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Preparation: Sand the repair area thoroughly. The surface must be clean and dry before applying the filler.
Dispensing: Mix a golf ball-sized piece of filler (40 ml) with 3–4 cm of hardener (approximately 2–4%). Mix thoroughly until a homogeneous mass without air bubbles is obtained. Wear protective gloves and safety glasses!
Immediately close the filler and hardener containers after dispensing to prevent drying.
Application: Use a steel spatula. Spread the surface so that the mass penetrates the sanded area. Then immediately (within 4 minutes) fill to the desired thickness. Once the mass has cured, sand it with sandpaper of grit 80–120. Optimal working temperature is above +20 °C.
Curing time: 25–60 minutes at 20 °C.
Cleaning: Clean tools immediately after use with ethyl acetate or cellulose thinner.
