SK100 and SK250 settling/fat tanks are used when the fat removal in the wastewater system needs to be enhanced, for example, when large amounts of food are prepared. This extension solution is well suited for sites with dry toilets that do not require vacuum truck emptying. The settling tank is easily maintained independently – fat is removed from the tank surface and composted. Using the fat tank simplifies the maintenance of BioBox filters.
