The Roth MultiPex pipe is approved for hot, cold, and domestic water installations. The pipe is PE-Xc, meaning cross-linked polyethylene via electron beam irradiation. An outer EVOH (ethylene vinyl alcohol) barrier prevents oxygen ingress into the system. The pipes are manufactured at Roth’s factory in Germany. Continuous operating temperature is 70 °C, with short-term tolerance up to 95 °C.
