LOAD MANAGEMENT DEVICE EVLINK EV CHARGING EXPERT 250 CP
Product code
3572814
This EcoStruxure EV Charging Expert is a local control tool for charging systems that provides dynamic load management, user management, and charging reporting for Schneider AC and DC charging stations. It is recommended for commercial and industrial buildings and vehicle depots to optimize electric vehicle charging infrastructure regarding electrical installations and prevent overload situations. Up to 250 charging stations can be connected for control, distributed across 20 zones at four different levels. To ensure efficient operation of electric vehicle charging infrastructure, various functions are available. Scheduling can limit electric vehicle charging when electricity prices are high and maximize it when prices are low. A charging station or charger can be assigned VIP status, guaranteeing maximum charging power when it is absolutely critical to prioritize charging a specific vehicle, giving these vehicles precedence over other users. Registration and reporting of electric vehicle charging events in Excel format is possible for cost allocation or billing. Integration with the building energy management system (BEMS) is possible via API interfaces. Solar-generated energy is prioritized for electric vehicle charging. Commissioning, operation, and maintenance of electric vehicle charging stations are managed via a built-in web server. An Ethernet cable connects to the RJ45 port, and the interface is HTTPS browser-based. It can be mounted in a DIN-rail-mounted enclosure and receives power from an external 24 Vdc power source. Operating temperature range is -20 °C to 70 °C. Storage temperature range is -40 °C to 80 °C. Dimensions are (L) 98 mm x (W) 140 mm x (H) 48 mm. Local network connectivity to charging stations is established via Ethernet cabling to their RJ45 port and an external Ethernet switch. It uses OCPP 1.6 JSON protocol for communication with charging stations. An external building electricity meter can also be connected to the local network. The charging station management system (CSMS) uses OCPP 1.6 JSON protocol to communicate with the charging service provider (CPO) via an external 4G modem. The electric vehicle charging station management tool has CE, UK, and RMC certifications. This product description is an automated translation of the original Finnish description.
