ANCHOR SORMAT S-KA+ 8X95/30 ZP 50PCS
High-quality Finnish-made updated Sormat S-KA+ electroplated M8 wedge anchor. Premium domestic torque-controlled wedge anchors are suitable for pre-installation, through-installation, and offset installation. The anchor body, manufactured from carbon steel through cold working, is durable and safe, effectively withstanding loads applied to the fixture. Surface treatment: electroplating (? 5 µm) in accordance with EN ISO 4042, followed by Cr3+ compliant passivation. Recommended environment: dry indoor areas.
The product has European Technical Approval ETA-16/0934 for fastenings into concrete (Option 1). The product is also CE marked. The product is fire classified up to R120 in concrete installations.
Installation Steps1. Drill a hole according to product specifications. 2. Clean the hole with a wire brush and air pump. Cleaning: brush x 2, pump x 2, brush x 2. 3. Drive the anchor into place with a hammer or mechanically using an installation tool. 4. Tighten the anchor to the specified torque value using a torque wrench. During tightening, the anchor wings expand against the hole walls, and the resulting friction securely holds the anchor in place. The anchor is approved for two different installation depths. The anchor size and thicknesses of the attached component are marked on the anchor body. The anchor body also features a color-coded standard installation depth mark and a length identification mark E at the anchor body end.
