ANCHOR SORMAT S-KA+ 10X72/10/- ZP 40PCS
High-quality Finnish-made updated Sormat S-KA+ electroplated zinc M10 wedge anchor. Premium domestic torque-controlled wedge anchors are suitable for pre-installation, through-installation, and distance installation. The anchor body, manufactured from carbon steel through cold working, is durable and safe, effectively withstanding loads applied to the fastening. Surface treatment: electroplated zinc (approx. 5 µm) according to EN ISO 4042, followed by Cr3+ passive coating. Recommended environment: dry indoor conditions.
The product has European Technical Approval ETA-16/0934 for fastenings into concrete (Option 1). The product is also CE marked. The product is classified for fire resistance up to R120 in concrete installations.
Installation Steps 1. Drill a hole according to the product specifications. 2. Clean the hole with a wire brush and air pump. Clean: brush x 2, pump x 2, brush x 2. 3. Drive the anchor into place with a hammer or mechanically using an installation tool. 4. Tighten the anchor to the specified torque value using a torque wrench. As the anchor is tightened, its wings expand against the hole walls, and the resulting friction securely holds the anchor in place. The anchor size and thickness of the attached component are marked on the anchor body. A length marking identifier C is located at the end of the anchor body. Features- Pack size: 40 pieces
