Highly efficient vinyl ester-based anchoring mortar for fixings, including concrete and stone. Also suitable for rebar installations. Content 300 ml.
Highly efficient Sormat ITH 300 Ve styrene-free vinyl ester-based anchoring mortar. A fast-curing two-component mortar used for anchoring rods, bolts, and rebar into pre-drilled holes. Installation with a standard mortar gun. Suitable substrates: concrete, natural stone, solid brick, lightweight concrete block, lightweight aggregate block, solid calcareous sand brick. Suitable for fixings in both cracked (M12-M30) and uncracked concrete. The mortar can also be used together with the plastic hollow casing IOV for anchoring in hollow structures such as perforated brick and hollow slab.
Installation steps:
- 1. Drill a hole according to the product information.
- 2. Clean the hole thoroughly with a brush and air pump.
- 3. Open the cap and cut open the bag's nozzle.
- 4. Screw the included ISL mixing nozzle into place.
- 5. Perform a test extrusion by extruding at least 10 cm of mortar with the gun until the two different-colored components are thoroughly mixed.
- 6. Fill 2/3 of the hole in solid material, and completely fill the hollow casing with mortar in hollow material.
- 7. Screw the metal anchor into the hole and observe the specified working and curing times.
- 8. Place the fixture in position and tighten to the correct torque. Consider working and curing times, as indicated on the packaging, during planning.
