The Televes T234740 optical WDM filter enables multiplexing or demultiplexing of two optical signals into the same single-mode fiber: 1310/1490nm (GPON) and 1550nm (RF overlay / TV signal). It optimizes infrastructure by transmitting both the GPON data signal and the television signal through the same optical fiber.
It can also be used to combine signals from two optical transmitters, one with an output of 1310nm and the other of 1550nm.
The compact and durable enclosure allows for wall or DIN-rail installation.
