ROOF FAN VALLOX EXXEO 2000
Stylishly designed and acoustically quiet Vallox Exxeo roof fans are excellently suited for all types of applications thanks to their wide range of sizes and control options.
The weather-resistant Vallox Exxeo can be installed even in demanding climates, as the zinc-magnesium coated steel sheet (environmental corrosion class C4, painted C5) effectively protects the unit against corrosion. Thanks to its carefully designed structure, rainwater is directed to the side of the unit, preventing water from flowing into the duct. The perforated roof panel also protects the duct from leaves and other debris.
The noise level of the roof fans is significantly quieter than before due to sound-dampening elements in the side panels. All control units of the roof fan are integrated inside the unit behind the safety hatch. Serviceability is enhanced by a tilting function that allows the roof fan to be turned sideways for maintenance of the ductwork and equipment. The safety switch supplied with the product is pre-installed and wired, and the tilting component is sealed.
The roof fan can be installed on a site-built penetration or using a factory-made Vallox Exxeo roof penetration. With lifting brackets, the roof fan can be easily and safely lifted onto the roof. When replacing an old roof fan, the standard mounting frame simplifies installation. The roof fan can be painted at the factory in a RAL color to perfectly match, for example, the roof color.
The appropriate size of the roof fan is selected from seven size options according to the required air volumes. The air flow of the Vallox Exxeo 2000 at 150 Pa pressure loss is 2000 liters.
Three control variants are available in the roof fan series: the versatile basic model Vallox Exxeo, the Vallox Exxeo DPC (Differential Pressure Control) equipped with an integrated differential pressure transmitter, and the two-speed model Vallox Exxeo DS (Dual Speed) designed for renovation applications.
- Vallox Exxeo 2000 basic model LVI 7815111
- Vallox Exxeo 2000 DPC LVI 7815112
- Vallox Exxeo 2000 DS 7815113
Vallox Exxeo 2000 basic model
Both the basic model and the DPC model, which is controlled by constant duct pressure or air volume, feature a display with clear setting buttons below. The controller allows the fan to be set to run at a constant speed, adjusted via 0-10 V control voltage, or operated with two-speed control (Low/High). The controller can also be connected to a Modbus bus. Additionally, operational and alarm data can be sent directly to the monitoring center.
The basic model can be equipped with an external temperature sensor, allowing the roof fan’s speed to be reduced as needed during winter when outdoor temperatures drop.
Additional accessories included in delivery: The control board is included in delivery, but the controller must be ordered separately.
