Gas- and watertight plastic collection tank with a clean inner surface. Two 180° offset DN 100 connections for inlet and venting, as well as cable installation. Pressure connection is set at a 90° angle relative to each connection. A lid serving as an inspection opening facilitates system maintenance.
Sewage pump with integrated turbulator (Twister function), open multi-channel impeller, and vertical threaded connection. Pump chamber, suction inlet, and impeller made of composite material. 1~ motor (shell-cooled) with integrated running capacitor and self-monitoring thermal motor protection. Motor housing is made of cast iron. Oil-filled sealing chamber with double seal: shaft seal on the motor side, mechanical seal on the pump side. Cable equipped with float switch and integrated plug (CEE 7/7).
The Twister function ensures continuous turbulence in the pump’s suction area. Turbulence prevents settled sediment from sinking and adhering. This keeps the pump chamber cleaner and reduces odor formation.
Level control is achieved via a float switch mounted on the pump. The switch-on/off level is preset based on the float switch cable length.
