The outer casing of the hot water tank is made of steel sheet and equipped with a matching lower section that conceals pipe connections coming from the floor, ceiling, or side. The tank itself is manufactured from stainless steel, copper-coated steel, or enameled steel. The tank is insulated with environmentally friendly polystyrene (EPS) to minimize heat loss. The hot water tank connects to a 400 V two-phase connection (output power 3 kW) or alternatively to a 230 V single-phase connection (output power 1 kW).
