Accepting a salesperson’s offer: we have further developed the quotation functionality of our online store. You can view offers made by your salesperson under your profile, and you can also accept an offer directly online. This makes the ordering process even faster and easier. An offer can be approved once, and it remains visible throughout its validity period.
Creating an offer for your end customer: this online store feature is particularly useful for HVAC or electrical installation companies. You can select products from the online store and price them for your customer as you wish. You can also add your own products or services, even those not in the Onninen range, and define prices, such as installation or transport costs.
Once the offer is ready, you can download it as a PDF and send it to your customer.

You can order products delivered directly to your site. Multiple options are available, from next-day Onni distribution to various express deliveries. With precise delivery, you can select an exact delivery time, ensuring better planning and that products are available exactly when needed.
Fast in-store pickup the same day
With the Click & Collect service, you can order products in stock and pick them up from your selected store within as little as two hours. Orders placed on weekdays between 7–14 are prepared the same day; orders placed later are ready the next business morning.
Carrying and unloading with crane services
Our carrying service ensures that goods are transported and carried safely to the required location on-site. This service must be ordered one week before the desired delivery date. If unloading equipment is not available at the site, we can also provide vehicles equipped with cranes for safe unloading of heavy loads. These services must be selected when choosing the delivery method.
With OVT/EDI connections, repeat ordering becomes easy, as everything is done through your company’s familiar system. This reduces errors, and the automated order-to-invoice process saves time.
What is OVT/EDI?
These terms refer to automated data transfer between organizations. This service is suitable for customers who frequently place orders with many order lines and want to use their own procurement system supporting EDI connections. There must be sufficient order volume for the integration to be cost-effective.
With the PunchOut user interface, you can access the Onninen online store assortment directly within your own system. Centralizing purchases in your own system ensures that only necessary items are ordered. PunchOut also enables efficient approval processes and automated ordering when there are many purchasers.

What is PunchOut?
PunchOut allows purchasing from a partner’s online store or electronic catalog so that purchase proposals are transferred to the customer’s system for approval according to internal workflow. Customer-specific prices, product information, and availability are visible, and the assortment is the same as in the Onninen online store.
