Place your order directly with your sales representative, at an Onninen Express store, or through the Onninen online store. In our online store, you can place orders and check product availability around the clock. Explore the options below!

Onnijakelu – order products for next-day delivery

We deliver products from Onninen’s warehouse directly to the customer’s warehouse, construction site, or for pickup at an Onninen Express store.

The service covers all major urban areas every weekday. In rural areas, deliveries are made 1–3 times a week. High volume products can be delivered directly from the manufacturer as factory or cross dock shipments when needed.

Order and delivery times

Place your order by 14:00, 15:00, 16:00, or 17:00 the previous day depending on your location. Delivery arrives by 16:00 on the next business day.

We can also assist with unit-specific or floor-specific deliveries for housing projects.

Click & collect – quick pickup service

If the products you need are available in the store and you need them quickly, the Click & collect service is the right solution for you. You can place an order conveniently online – your pickup will be ready in just two hours.

Express fast delivery

We deliver products as express shipments directly from the assortment of Onninen Express stores. With Express delivery, products leave the store within one hour of placing the order. The service is available within a maximum 15 km radius of an Onninen Express store.

Express delivery is available in Espoo, Helsinki, Kerava, Kouvola, Lahti, Lappeenranta, Pori, Raisio, Tampere, Turku, Tuusula, and Vantaa.

Products are delivered by taxi or van. The service does not cover tall or heavy deliveries, or products over 2,5 meters in length. For fast delivery of larger products, explore our other logistics services.

Fast delivery – arrives even on the same day

We arrange express transport using the delivery method of your choice. The order is processed with priority at Onninen’s warehouse. Customers may also pick up their rush orders from the Hyvinkää distribution center:

Price

A rush delivery fee of € 100 (VAT 0%) per order will be charged. Transport and delivery costs are charged normally.

Scheduled delivery – timed distribution and additional services

Scheduled delivery services are especially useful for construction sites. Products are delivered to the exact location at the exact agreed time. Shipments can be packed and labeled as requested, and distribution can be done, for example, by apartment or by floor. If needed, our sales staff and drivers can visit the site in advance to familiarize themselves with the operating conditions.

Additional costs for scheduled delivery services are charged according to the service price list.

Carrying service – save professionals’ time on site

With carrying service, delivered goods are carried directly to the correct location at the site, reducing the time spent on moving materials. The service must be ordered one week before the desired delivery date, it can also be combined with scheduled delivery.

Unloading service with crane – when no unloading equipment is unavailable

If the delivery location does not have the required unloading equipment, a truck equipped with a crane can be ordered for the safe unloading of heavy loads. Availability depends on the size and characteristics of the ordered goods. Crane unloading must be selected when choosing the delivery method for the order.

24h emergency service – warehouse products around the clock

We provide warehouse products around the clock through our emergency service. The service operates at the Hyvinkää distribution center and is available to all Onninen credit account customers.

Orders must be placed using Onninen product numbers, typically electrical or HVAC product numbers. The delivery method is agreed with the customer, and transportation is invoiced separately.

Additional charge

Weekdays 16:00–07:00 and weekends: €150 / order (VAT 0%).
