CABLE CABINET E-MOBILITY AHMA LJK12116VX
Charging distribution cabinets are freely installable on ground pedestals and are equipped with protective enclosures, designed to meet the requirements and specifications of the charging station standard. Temperature management is particularly critical in electric vehicle charging, so UTU charging distribution cabinets always feature component-specific ventilation gaps and field-specific ventilation. The enclosure rating of the internal unit is IP31 due to the ventilated structure, but the overall assembly (protective enclosure + unit) achieves an IP44 rating.
The protective enclosure is made of painted steel (color RAL 7024), and the door has a three-point locking mechanism. Lifting eyes are mounted on the roof. Ventilation grilles are located on the sides of the cabinet. Note! Pedestal must be ordered separately (suitable pedestal JAL1000 3500689).
Charging Distribution Cabinet Ahma LJK12116VX Features- Rated current 125A (available in 80A / 100A / 125A)
- Outputs: 16 units of ADM466C (Hager residual current device, C-curve 16A, 4-pole, 30mA)
- Input: Compact circuit breaker HHS125DC with mounting rail (Hager H3+)
- Network analyzer with ModBus communication interface (Circutor CVM-C11)
- Input connectors HYS005H (Al/Cu 35-120mm˛)
- Charging outputs: Al/Cu terminal connectors 2.5-35mm˛
In electric vehicle charging, the output components of the unit often operate near their rated current, making temperature management critically important for the unit’s lifespan.
The unit incorporates temperature management features tailored to charging load demands:- Field-specific ventilation
- Air gaps at charging outputs
- Thermal emergency shutdown function
Load balancing factor for charging outputs is 1 (as required by the charging station standard).
The unit features DIN-rail mounting for sensors, enabling readiness for dynamic temperature management. When connected to an eParking backend system, the charging unit can dynamically control charging loads based on the temperature of the output components.
Lifecycle ManagementThe unit includes reserved space for load management devices. Load management space is a general device compartment suitable for installing any devices. Reserved space is provided for the eTolppa system’s load management device (eG) to enable multi-level load management. When the eTolppa load management device is installed in the unit, no separate connection device is required at charging stations.
If the thermal emergency shutdown function repeatedly interrupts power supply during the unit’s lifecycle, it is advisable to implement dynamic temperature management. In this mode, the backend system can continuously limit charging station loads based on the temperature of output components.
The unit includes reserved space for a harmonic filter. The network analyzer can monitor the development of harmonic distortions, and a harmonic filter can be easily added to the unit afterward. Alerts related to harmonics can be configured on the analyzer.
The unit also includes a separate compartment for spare outputs. The spare output compartment is standardly equipped with 3 units of C10 and 2 units of C16 (1-pole) circuit breakers for other electrical needs. Spare outputs are not pre-wired to busbars.
