The Vallox 245 MV ventilation unit is suitable for large single-family homes (with a maximum area of 400 m²) and commercial premises (schools, daycares, offices). It provides energy-efficient automated ventilation: in addition to an internal humidity sensor, the Vallox 245 MV features a built-in carbon dioxide sensor. These enable the ventilation to intensify and automatically return to normal conditions based on changes in indoor humidity and carbon dioxide levels. An optional VOC sensor responds to indoor VOC concentrations (Volatile Organic Compounds) and further enhances ventilation as needed. Thanks to automation, ventilation is both energy-efficient and demand-driven.

The Vallox 245 MV is controlled via the MyVallox Control interface, through a home network or cloud service—such as via a mobile phone. Via a Modbus interface, the ventilation unit can also be connected to home automation systems and provides statistics for property management. Firmware updates for units registered with the free MyVallox Cloud service are downloaded automatically, and Vallox technical support can remotely access the unit during troubleshooting with the user’s permission.

The Vallox 245 MV is a true energy saver. Its specific power consumption is only 0.7 kWh/m³/s, meaning it uses very little energy to exchange air. Additionally, its annual efficiency is high, allowing it to transfer heat from exhaust air to supply air more effectively than ever. Summer coolness can be utilized thanks to automatic bypass of heat recovery during cool recovery. Partial bypass of heat recovery keeps the supply air stable and comfortable throughout all seasons.
